Introducing the Signature 100 Wide Box Two Ram Baler

Excel Manufacturing announces the launch of our Signature 100 wide box two ram baler. This 80,000 lb. machine boasts the chassis design and durability that sets Excel apart from the rest of the industry. The Signature 100 incorporates all the best features that make its big brothers, the Signature 150 and 200, the best in class—such as the benchmark efficiency of high pressure piston pumps—and makes them available in an affordable 100 hp baler.

Baling 5052 aluminum and stainless? The Signature 100 has you covered with 330,000 lbs. of compaction and shearing force. But power doesn’t have to be expensive. This machine includes Smart Select Energy Saver that automatically drops out one of the two 50 hp motors during times of slow material feed, all based on the user's priority of throughput or energy savings. Shipping to both international and domestic mills is easier than ever with selectable bale sizes. A simple touch screen selection allows each commodity with different expansion rates to have two bale width settings—one for containers and one for truck & trailer shipping. This allows maximum fill and easy stacking side by side in both a 92" inside width container or a 100” inside width trailer. This feature, combined with 165 tons of main ram force, makes “weighting out” trucks a breeze even when mixing your two ram bales with your purchased bales made in smaller machines.
